14-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy on all purchases made through LocalWise.ai. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original transaction date.

To protect ourselves and prevent users from abusing our tools, these conditions must be met to be eligible for a refund.

  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of your purchase.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
  • You must clearly explain the reason for your refund request. Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind. If the refund is requested due to the product “not working as expected,” a detailed explanation is required, along with evidence that you contacted our support team for assistance prior to submitting your request.
 


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team through your LocalWise AI dashboard with a support ticket and your refund request.
  • Include your order number, purchase details, and the reason for the refund request.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.


If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.


No Refunds After 14 Days

After 14 days from the original purchase date, we are unable to process any refund requests. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review our product features, terms of service, and any relevant materials prior to making a purchase to ensure it meets their needs.
